Office chair delivered assembled

The ergonomic office chair is height-adjustable, has a lumbar support and a neck support.
Some models have removable armrests that can be adjusted horizontally and vertically and swivelled to the right/left.
The mesh cover is permeable to air, which reduces perspiration on the buttocks and back.

The chair should be adjusted so that the legs form at least a 90° angle so as not to restrict blood circulation. The thighs should protrude at least 2 fingers' width above the seat cushion. If necessary, adjust the depth of the seat cushion.

Move the chair to the table and adjust the table so that the forearms are at least at a 90° angle to the keyboard. If necessary, raise the chair and place your feet on a footrest.

It makes sense to change your position every 30-40 minutes, i.e. alternate between sitting and standing, do stretching exercises or take a few steps.
