Description
The height-adjustable active seat promotes good posture while sitting.
It allows a wide range of movements: inclination, rotation and oscillation, helping to strengthen
the muscles of the pelvis and trunk.
The height is simply set during sitting by acting on the handle under the seat.
The minimum seat height is 49 cm, the maximum seat height is 69 cm.
The sturdy, non-slip base is made of nylon/plastic, the seat is made of easy-care polyester fibers.
Our recommendation: Never sit for more than 20 minutes at a time. Get up in between and take a few steps.
This relieves the spine and stimulates the blood circulation.
