Ergonomic Chair, red, mesh, 43-54 cm

The ergonomic office chair is height-adjustable. It is equipped with a lumbar support, armrests and a neck support.
Everything can be customised for the most ergonomic sitting position possible.

The depth of the seat cushion can be adjusted to accommodate the length of the thighs. The air-permeable mesh design ensures greater comfort when sitting and effectively supports the thighs.

The backrest can be tilted and locked in 4 different positions using the wire control mechanism. The tension adjustment system to adjust backrest tightness is situated under the seat.

The height of the armrests can be adjusted, they can be turned to the left/right and their depth can be adjusted.
You can remove them, when you do not want to use them.

The cover is made of air-permeable red mesh, the frame is black.
Seat height 43-54 cm.

Adjust the chair so that the legs form at least a 90° angle so as not to interrupt the blood circulation in the legs.
Then move the chair to the table and adjust the table so that the forearms form at least a 90° angle to the keyboard.
If necessary, raise the chair and place your feet on a footrest if the 90° angle can no longer be maintained.

This chair has a relax position so that you can give your back a break from time to time.
It makes sense to change position every 30-40 minutes, alternating between sitting and standing.
