The table consists of a black metal frame with a white tabletop measuring 150 x 75 x 2,5 cm.

The steel construction is stable, the motor is very quiet, and operation via the panel is easy.
You can adjust the height continuously from 71 to 119 cm via the digital LED control panel.
Not only can you save three different heights, you can also be reminded to
regularly alternate between sitting and standing. Because that's the only way a sit/stand table makes sense.

When standing, use the relief mat or the balance board to support good blood circulation and strengthen your balance.

Contribute actively to more exercise in everyday work and prevent tension in your shoulders, neck and back at an early stage.
