This ergonomic office chair made of air-permeable grey mesh is height-adjustable from 48-58 cm.
It has a split backrest, lumbar support, armrests and headrest for the most ergonomic sitting position possible.

The height of the armrests can be adjusted, they can be turned to the left/right and their depth can be adjusted or removed if you do not want to use them.

Need a powernap? Use the extendable footrest and lean back as much as possible.

The cover is made of air-permeable grey mesh, the frame is also grey.
Seat height 48-58 cm.

Adjust the chair so that the legs form at least a 90° angle so as not to interrupt the blood circulation in the legs.
Then move the chair to the table and adjust the table so that the forearms form at least a 90° angle to the keyboard.
If necessary, raise the chair and place your feet on a footstool if the 90° angle can no longer be maintained.

We recommend changing position every 30-40 minutes, alternating between sitting and standing.
